Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
5.2 – Delivery Confirmation
All shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners. Once an order is marked delivered with signature or photo confirmation, it is deemed received by the customer.
5.3 – Delivery Disputes
Any disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery timestamp.
Evidence such as carrier tracking and delivery photos will serve as valid proof of delivery.
5.4 – Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.
