Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or stock delays, processing time may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified via email if delays exceed 5 business days.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Singapore Deliveries

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

  • Free Shipping: On selected promotions or when order minimums are met (displayed at checkout)

We use trusted local couriers such as Ninja Van, J&T Express, Qxpress, and SingPost for tracked deliveries.

International Deliveries

We currently ship to selected countries.
Delivery time varies by destination, typically 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance.
International shipping costs and estimated times will be shown during checkout.


3. Delivery Confirmation and Proof

Section 5.3 – Delivery Confirmation

Our delivery partners obtain signature or photo confirmation for all deliveries.
Once a package is marked as delivered with confirmation, it is considered received by the customer.

Section 5.4 – Delivery Disputes

Any delivery disputes must be filed within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date.
Customers agree that signature verification, photo evidence, and tracking history constitute valid proof of delivery.
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.


4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.
Hyped.sg is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@hyped.sg within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

For lost packages, please check the tracking number first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.


7. Preorders and Backorders

Preorder or backorder items will be shipped once stock becomes available.
Estimated delivery dates will be displayed on the product page and may be subject to change.
Orders containing preorder items may be held until all items are in stock unless otherwise arranged.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.
