Refund policy

1. General Policy

All sales made on Hyped.sg are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of our products—especially limited-edition streetwear, collectibles, and blind boxes—we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or minor packaging imperfections.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, stickers, boxes, and accessories).

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Mystery/blind boxes or opened collectibles

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Underwear, socks, and personal items

  • Gift cards or store credit

  • Pre-order or special-order items


3. Reporting a Problem

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Email us at info@hyped.sg within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.


4. Return Shipping

  • Approved returns must be sent back in secure packaging with tracking.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In cases of partial refund (e.g., damaged packaging but sealed product), we may offer store credit instead of a full refund.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the same product is still available.
If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer a full refund or store credit.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@hyped.sg.
