<How to use>
- Pour an appropriate amount of cleaning solution into the wet brush/sponge/wipe, etc.
- Lightly brush the shoes to clean the dirt, please be careful not to use excessive force, especially for leather fabrics, otherwise it may cause damage
- After cleaning the dirt, please clean it with water
- After washing, please hang it in a cool and well-ventilated place to dry naturally
<Notes on use>
- It can be used on most shoe upper materials, but in order to avoid the possibility of fading after use, when using the product to be cleaned for the first time, do a small-scale test on the inconspicuous part first, and then use it after confirming that it is correct.
- Do not use any tools that ooze, yellow and may fade when exposed to water.
- Do not use on metal decoration

Upon order confirmation, your package will be dispatched to our courier partners within 2-10 business days. You can expect your delivery within the above timeframe (but there may be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control after handing the package over to third-party courier partners).
SHIPPING
Items purchased from HYPED. will be delivered to your doorstep within 1-2 weeks (Singapore) and 2-4 weeks (international). We appreciate your understanding as we try to ship out as soon as possible.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change the shipping address.
Please fill in your final shipping address to avoid any inconvenience.
RETURN
Unfortunately, we do not offer any return services at the moment. Once goods are sold, they are strictly non refundable or exchangeable.
LOSS OF PARCEL
If an item is declared lost, we will provide compensation of up to $100/- per order or the value of the order, whichever is lower.
DELIVERY RATES AND SERVICES
Most orders will ship out within 7 working days upon payment confirmation. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that provides you with your tracking number and URL for delivery updates.
Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service. If you are not in when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a card containing details on where or how to pick up your order / rearrange delivery.
