DELIVERY RATES AND SERVICES
Most orders will ship out within 7 working days upon payment confirmation. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that provides you with your tracking number and URL for delivery updates.
Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service. If you are not in when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a card containing details on where or how to pick up your order / rearrange delivery.
Please bear in mind that all delivery time stated below does not include customs delay. HYPED. shall not be responsible for any delayed packages due to customs clearance. Estimated delivery times listed are not inclusive of internal processing and administration.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please keep in mind that any custom, taxes or import duties imposed are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. As we have no control over such situations, the payments of these charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by HYPED. It's a good idea to contact your local customs office before placing an order, so you don't receive any unexpected charges.
TERMS AND POLICES
By shopping at HYPED , you are responsible for all applicable custom charges and the cost of return shipping back to HYPED including shipments that are refused by you at delivery. All products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer upon check-out; HYPED shall not be liable for any forms of lost packages. To avoid such situations, kindly review your information before continuing.
Should the package be returned to HYPED due to an invalid address or if the package is unclaimed at your local postal office, you will bear full responsibility for the shipping charges necessary for a re-shipment. In such cases, a return or refund is strictly prohibited.
