Upon order confirmation, your package will be dispatched to our courier partners within 2-10 business days. SHIPPING
Items purchased from HYPED. will be delivered to your doorstep within 1-2 weeks (Singapore) and 2-4 weeks (international).ย We appreciate your understanding as we try to ship out as soon as possible.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change the shipping address.

RETURN
Unfortunately, we do not offer any return services at the moment. Once goods are sold, they are strictly non refundable or exchangeable.
LOSS OF PARCEL
If an item is declared lost, we will provide compensation of up to $100/- per order or the value of the order, whichever is lower.
