Delivery method, Shipping cost and Timeframe
SGD3.99 per order
2-3 business days upon dispatch
Upon order confirmation, your package will be dispatched to our courier partners within 2-10 business days. You can expect your delivery within the above timeframe (but there may be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control after handing the package over to third-party courier partners).
Items purchased from HYPED. will be delivered to your doorstep within 1-2 weeks (Singapore) and 2-4 weeks (international). We appreciate your understanding as we try to ship out as soon as possible.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
If your item has a defect or is missing from your order, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or WhatsApp to +65 91389601 with your order number.
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change the shipping address.
Please fill in your final shipping address to avoid any inconvenience.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any return services at the moment. Once goods are sold, they are strictly non refundable or exchangeable.
LOSS OF PARCEL
If an item is declared lost, we will provide compensation of up to $100/- per order or the value of the order, whichever is lower.
